Description

Warehouse/Labourer Helper

Unified Valve Group is currently looking for a part time Warehouse Labourer/Helper for our Edmonton team. This role is ideal if you enjoy keeping busy, being on your feet and being challenged. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Courteous and professional communication with customers, vendors and Unified Valve Group Team Members
  • Adherence to Unified Valve Group’s Safety Policies and Procedures
  • General shop maintenance, order picking and shipping and receiving as needed

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Pressure Gauges, Needle and Ball Valves, Temperature Indicators and Regulators would be an asset
  • Previous warehouse and or shipping / receiving experience would be an asset
  • Strong problem-solving ability with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to spend most of the shift standing, moving, walking, reaching with hands and arms and stooping
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and alone with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read and write clearly
  • Available to work ideally Tuesday and Thursdays (2 days a week)
