API/ANSI Valve Service Technician 

Unified Valve Group Ltd. is seeking a technical leader as an API/ANSI Valve Service Technician for our Fort St. John branch. Responsibilities

• Operate field service truck with responsibility to coordinate, mentor and oversee API/ANSI, Actuation, and in-line repair in assigned region
• Work closely with the sales team and customers to increase presence and sales in territory
• Prepare and follow up on technical quotations, order entry and expediting
• Maintain high level of product and service knowledge for effective customer service as well as being able to make informed suggestions and recommendations
• Maintain all document paperwork for each job through receiving and final inspection
• Adherence to Unified Valve Groups Safety Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

• API/ANSI and in-line repair experience preferred but not mandatory. Unified Valve Group is willing to train suitable candidates.
• Experience running field service truck with one field technician is an asset.
• Clean driver’s abstract with a full (class 5) license required.
• Must be able to operate safely in a heavy equipment shop
• Must be a team player who is willing to wear many hats and help where needed
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms and stoop
• Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol Pre-Employment testing
